On the 23rd December we joined Dan and Sarah for their wedding in St Peters Church in Titchfield Common and then a wonderful reception at Chewton Glen in the New Forest.
We started the day with Dan, his Brothers and Dad for a great time whilst they were getting ready which translated means arguing about Cravats and Handkerchiefs :), Dans Mum soon arrived and she sorted them all out and we got some lovely family shots before Sue & I headed off to see Sarah with her parents at their house, Sarah and her parents were noticeably calmer. :)
We finally left for the church and to see Dan again, We had a perfect seasonal wedding ceremony led by The Rev Bill Day accompanied by a wonderful Choir who also chimed in with a few festive carols and true to form I was singing along at the back of the church where fortunately only Sue could hear me.
After the ceremony we took a few photos outside the lovely 1300 year old church before we headed off to Chewton Glen, Dan and Sarah in a beautiful Princess courtesy of Distinctly Daimler of Southampton.
Once at Chewton our good friend Adam greeted us with drinks in the morning room before we all met in the tinkers bar for pre dinner speeches which were both entertaining and very moving.
The meal was perfect as were the after meal coffee’s all accompanied by some wonderful guests chatting and mingling.
Sue & I were honored to be part of your special festive day and would like to wish you all a very merry christmas and a perfect new year.
Jules & Sue x
