Peter and Karen get married at Cain manor

On Sunday we joined Peter and Karen for their wedding at cain Manor in Farnham, the day started out amazingly with blue skies and sunshine which is great for October and although the rain kept off it did get a little breezy and chilly as the day went ob but not enough to dampen any spirits :-).  We started our day with karen and the girls for prep at Cain and had an hour there before meeting Peter and the boys at the All Saints church in Headley for there shots,  soon Karen arrived looking amazing and walked into a stunned church, after a lovely ceremony we walked back outside still sunny and spent 30 minutes or so at teh church for some lovely relazed photos and comnfetti before heading back to Cain, Once there the wind picked up but we took our family photos outside and managed to go for a drive with Peter and Karen for a few couples shots.

Soon we were called into dinner and then speeches which were fun and then onto the dancing which was amazing thanks to Licence to Ceilidh who are an amazing Ceilidh band

The flowere were supplied by Emma

All in all a great wedding and a perfect day.

Jules

Richard and Adele get married at Bartley Lodge in the new forest

This weekend saw our last “planned” double wedding weekend of 2001 and what better a way to start it than with Richard and Adele who got married on the most amazing day in the New Forest at the Bartley Lodge which is fast becoming one of our favourite wedding venues in Hampshire.

We started our day with Adele and her 2 amazing daughters Holly and Chloe for some lovely preps, as well as the usual things we also had cupcakes 🙂 yum yum yum and lots and lots of sunshine, we spent an hour or so with the girls and then went to find Richard and the boys for some relaxed portraits in the bar before going back to Adele for the last few moments prior to the wedding,   We walked down to the lovely ceremony room and had a beautiful ceremony with lots of tears and laughter and then out into the grounds and more late October sunshine,  we had a couple of lovely hours in the sun before we had to head into dinner and then the speeches which again were very emotive and afterwards we had a break for an hour so we took Adele and the girls for some shots as well as the happy couple.

We then headed into dance before Sue and I left for home.

Today I want to say thanks to Lynn to so much emotion and for reminding us all what weddings are about “LOVE”  to Melody for making me laugh so much and a special thanks to Holly and Chloe for making us both feel so welcome and of course to everyone at the wedding but mostly to Richard and Adele for being just as much fun as we thought you would be, it was an amazing day guys and if carlesburg made weddings…………………………………………….

Love to you all   Jules and Sue.

Tasters are now live !

Keith and Helen get married @ Audleys wood Hampshire

On Saturday we joined Keith and Helen for there late October and very sunny wedding at Audleys wood Hamphire which is fast becoming one of our most popular basingstoke wedding venues, We started our day with Helen and the girls for an hour or so preps which was a lot of fun, mostly because the girls were from Liverpool and the ascents were amazing and caused a few laughs.  After we finished we met with Keith who is a Submariner and looked amazing in his uniform, we soon moved into the ceremony which was nice and again beautifully sunny considering the time of year,  Afterwards we headed outside for the sword arch and then a few photos with family and friends and some beautiful portraiture in the amazing gardens and even a sword fight !

We then headed into Dinner and after speeches which were a fun filled hour, the Navy always know how to have fun and today was no different, after the speeches we expected to go into the dancing but Keith and Helen had organised a surprise fire display followed by fireworks which was amazing and the whole wedding party were shocked and pleasantly stunned and we got some fab photos too, after that we danced and Sue and I left.

Thanks to everyone for being such fun, Helen and Keith you are amazing and deserve all the happiness in the world, Chiefy you were great and thanks for keeping me smiling,

Keith, just a quick note to say a great big thank you for your service to our country, its an awesome thing that you and your colleagues do and its very much appreciated by Sue and I.

Medhi and Carol get married at Elmers Court

On Friday we joined Medhi and Carol for there fun and colourful wedding at Elmers court Lymington, We started our day with Carol at Elmers for some relaxed prep, well that was the plan but Carol’s hair and makeup lady let her down, no call nothing…..shocking !  anyway thank’s to the A-Team  (Carols mates) all was well and we soon left to meet Medhi at the local church,  now things got really interesting because the ceremony was due to start at 1pm but at 1:30 only a fraction of the guests had arrived due to bad traffic, we had a mixture of Carol’s family who were Zimbabwean and Medhi’s who were French so a lot of confused people driving all around the new forest 🙂  anyway thankfully after several trips around the block Carol walked into church to a stunned crowd followed by Whoops of glee to be married to the love of her life Medhi.

After a lovely ceremony we headed off back to Elmers at this time almost an hour late so Sue and I worked feverishly to catch up before they were called into dinner 🙂  thankfully we managed to capture all that we wanted so no harm done,  we went straight into the speeches, after the six YES SIX speeches dinner was served and then after dinner we found ourselves running behind again so it was almost straight into the dance.

It was a real fun day surrounded by the most amazing, caring and loving people, thank you to you all for making us love our job so very much.

Enjoy Bali guys and see you soon
