On Tuesday Sue and I travelled to Kent again for another amazing wedding but this time no snow :-). We actually headed off on Monday afternoon because I had to drop my Speedmax Race bike up to Canyon in London so after that we headed to a hotel in Kent for a couple of beers and a nice dinner.
Early Tuesday we were up and heading towards Sarah. We know Sarah and her family well, we have photographed them many times so it was like a home away from home for us. We caught up with everyone including Harry and Toby (Haribo and Toblerone) and started to capture the magic.
People often ask me how we cope capturing such beautiful fine details amongst the wedding chaos but I guess that just comes from years of practice and a great team of course 🙂 I could not function without Sue.
After a couple of hours, we headed to “The Gardens Yalding” Unfortunately the weather was still drab but not a single person looked drab 🙂 smiles all around. Thankfully over the next hour or so, the weather started to brighten up and the decision was made to have the ceremony outside.
Sarah arrived looking amazing and out into the beautiful gardens to get married, let my Harry and Toby and of course, bridesmaids and her Dad she looked amazing.
The ceremony was amazing, the registrars really went over the top to make the lovely Haribo comfortable, Harrry is Autistic, such a charmer tho so everyone loves him.
After the wedding drinks on the lawns and then family groups. We then took Steve and Sarah off for a few portraits which was a lot of fun and then back and into dinner. The food was amazing and service awesome. The speeches came next and all 4 (yes surprise, surprise Sarah spoke haha) and they were entertaining and full of naughty props. Steve is a policeman so no surprises there!
Afterwards, we all headed outside for the bucking bronco for an hour before cake cutting and dancing.
This topped off an incredible day with our friends.
Absolutely top wedding and perfect location. You were ALL superheroes and we loved it.
Thanks, guys X
