Last weekend we joined Stuart and Pippa for their wonderful wedding day in Surrey and despite the shocking weather we had the most amazing day. We started our day at home with Pippa in Walton on Thames in her parents lovely riverside house capturing some of the beautiful details and people as well as a few getting ready shots which were honestly the most fun thanks to Pippa and her bridesmaids.
We then headed off to the venue which was the lovely Silvermere Golf Club in Cobham and by the time we arrived it was lashing it down with rain and blowing a hooley too 🙂 but having spoken to Pippa I knew this was not going to be an issue with her because she was just so relaxed and happy to be marrying he man Stu ! We grabbed Stuart just in time because Pippa decided to turn up 35 minutes early, haha it turns out the driver thought it was a 2:30 ceremony and not a 3pm….So after some frantic hiding of Stuart and a few photos we waited for Pippa to walk in and she looked sensational ad it was not long before she was walking down the isle to a stunned crown with lots of tears.
After the ceremony we headed out into the hallway for drinks and we took Stuart and Pippa outside under the brolly for 5 minutes and a few photos with the car before heading back inside for a few family groups. We were a bit tight for space but we managed to find a nice spot. we then captured the guests enjoying themselves before taking Stuart and Pippa outside again with the brolly but as we were shooting we had a small gap in the weather and managed a few shots without the brolly which was awesome, we then grabbed the everybody shot whilst the going was good and then we all headed into dinner.
The room looked amazing and before dinner was served we had speeches, Dad first which was great and then Stuart stood up, tried and promptly sat back down again it was such a lovely moment and made better when Pippa got up and said his speech for him, it was a beautiful moment. Then the best man and then one of the bridesmaids who finished with a Dove release with a difference, Pippa hates birds so this was proper funny.
We then setup our funtime foot booth and had a couple hours fun before the first dance but just before thats started we had the Mr and Mrs game which was so funny to watch.
We then spent another hour with our photo booth before heading home after a long but fun wedding day.
Here are a few photos from this wonderful wedding I hope you enjoy and love them as much as we do and look forward to your comments and seeing you again soon,
